新学年开学啦！今年三岁的小多多背着新书包走进了梦想的幼儿园。跟着后面的妈妈一边开心一边发愁。开心的是多多长大了，从始走进校园生活，愁的是多多的“便便”一直不争气，这不，又已经有两三天没便便了。
“多多每次大便硬如羊粪，堵在肛门口难以排出，孩子痛得哇哇大哭，明天就开学了，这该怎么办呀”医院肛肠科梁红副主任医师时，多多妈心痛地说。梁红副主任医师一边详细地咨询，一边轻轻地为多多处理便便，一阵子的功夫，多多的大便顺利排出，多多笑着说：“屁屁舒服多了”。
“日常生活中像多多这样的情况并不少见，医院就医的就不多。通常都是一家大小围着孩子的大便顺畅问题而‘绞尽脑汁’，用尽‘法宝’。”梁红副主任医师说，在家里，怎么预防宝宝经常便秘呢?而一旦出现便秘又该如何办?
如何判断宝宝是否便秘
很多家长可能会有这样一个误区，宝宝2天或者3天不拉粑粑，就认为孩子便秘了。梁红副主任医师说：“其实判断宝宝是不是便秘，不只是看宝宝几天拉一次，更重要的是看大便性状是否干硬，颜色是否发深发暗，排便有无困难等。”
“有些宝宝很可能每天一次，也可能每天两次，但每次排便都比较干硬，像‘羊屎蛋状’，这也算是便秘。当然，每个宝宝都有自己的排便习惯，只要宝宝不感到排便费劲，且精神状态良好，家长们就不需要担心。”梁红医生分析说。
梁红副主任医师继续说：有些宝宝对液体食物，特别是母乳，消化吸收能力很强，消化后食物残渣少，导致排便的间隔时间比较长，但每次排便并不困难，大便也不干燥，这属于正常现象。
宝宝为何容易便秘？
梁红副主任医师说：宝宝便秘，不一定是喝水不够，而是由于宝宝年龄小，胃肠蠕动能力较差，加上喂养过精过细，或者用药后导致肠功能紊乱，或者生活不规律，没有养成定时排便的习惯等，这些都容易导致宝宝便秘。解决宝宝便秘有法宝？
梁红副主任医师提醒说：“当宝宝出现便秘时，家长应判断是否与饮食相关。例如纯奶粉喂养的宝宝，造成宝宝时常便秘，那么家长就要考虑更换奶粉了。如果宝宝已经能够吃饭了，饮食的搭配就要多元化，想办法让宝宝多吃一些粗纤维的蔬菜或水果。”
“如果从饮食上还不能完全改善宝宝便秘状况时，传统中医还是有‘法宝’的。比如‘小儿推拿’就是最常用的一种方法，这对于抗拒吃药的宝宝来说无疑是一种自然、方便、安全而又十分有效的方法，家长们不妨学着做一下。”梁红副主任医师介绍说。

1.揉膊阳池5分钟，腕背横纹上三寸，用指端揉。此穴位是治疗宝宝便秘最常用的穴位，有时也可单用这一个穴位来治疗便秘，但是要久揉才有效。
贰
2.揉二马-次，手背无名指及小指掌指关节后陷中，操作时用指端揉。叁
3.顺时针摩腹3-5分钟，以肚脐为圆心，用食、中、无名指及小指或者掌心顺时针方向在宝宝的肚子上缓缓转圈。
肆
4.推下七节骨-次，第四腰椎至尾骨尖端成一直线。操作时用拇指或者食、中二指指面自上向下直推。
伍
5.揉龟尾-次，在尾骨的尖端，操作时用拇指或食指揉。
最后，梁医生提醒各位宝爸宝妈，如果家里的宝宝持续便秘，食疗、中医手法推拿方法都不能改善，建议还是及早带上宝宝到正规的专科就诊了。
